The apartment is a bit far from the city center, there are some great aspects you might like:
This area of the city is under construction and improvement, although the construction nearby happens during the day, being away from the city center at night is a great deal to relax during your stay.
The neighborhood itself has some fantastic coffees usually open until 8 PM and a grocery store that works from Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM, all of them you can easily access by foot, so you won't feel isolated."

The good news is, there are convenient transportation options to get to the city center easily. There's a bus stop just a block away, by the 728-bus line, it takes about 30 minutes to reach Praça do Comércio and Cais do Sodré, where you can get access to the subway line to reach different parts of the city.
Additionally, the apartment is right off the highway Av. Infante Dom Henrique, Lisboa, which makes it a breeze to drive into the city if you have a car.
So, while the apartment may be a bit far from the city center, the convenience of public transportation and the amenities nearby make it a viable option for easy city access.
