This property sits on the ground floor of newly renovated building. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one living room with kitchenette. In the first bedroom you’ll find a double bed with one night stand, an air conditioning unit and a full ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom includes a double bed with a night stand and an air conditioning unit. Finally, the living room features a comfortable sofa with chaise longue and a support table on the side, a round table, a flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with all the appliances you will need during your stay such as dishwasher and washing machine.
The access to the property is done via access codes. Prior to the guests’ arrival, our team will send a message with all the necessary information.
Due to its convenient location, you will be able to access most of the city’s points of interest by foot. It’s a 2 minute walk to Cedofeita, 10 minutes to Torre dos Clérigos and the iconic Livraria Lello. Aliados and Ribeira are also at walking distance. This neighbourhood is known for its unique artsy feel with its over two dozens of art galleries. With plenty of shops and a supermarket right across the street from the apartment, here you’ll find everything you need to make your stay a memorable one.
Most of the city’s points of interest can be easily reached by foot. Alternatively, the area is very well served of many forms of transportation.
