Featuring two and a half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony and a garage spot for one car, this makes for the perfect option for your stay in Lisbon.
This property features two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one half bathroom, an open space living room, kitchen and dining area, a spacious balcony and finally a garage spot.
The first bedroom features a double bed with a nightstand on either side, a working desk, a full en suite bathroom with shower, an air conditioning unit, a wardrobe and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom includes two single beds with two nightstands, one chair, one wardrobe, an air conditioning unit and a full en suite bathroom with shower.
In the living room you’ll find a big and comfortable couch with a support table, a flatscreen TV, an air conditioning unit and access to the balcony. Right behind the couch is the dining table which sits up to six people. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay such as dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine and electric kettle.
Finally, the balcony is equipped with a stylish set of straw chairs and table, ideal for a pleasant breakfast in those sunny days.
A member of our dedicated team will meet you at the property at a previously scheduled time to give you access to the apartment, show you around and answer any questions you may have.
This property is conveniently located in Avenida Casal Ribeiro, right beside Saldanha square. This area is rife in commerce, restaurants and public transportations. Just 230m away, there’s the shopping mall “Atrium Saldanha” which is definitely a plus for many people. Here you’ll find a healthy mix of modern and traditional Portuguese architecture. Due to its central location, you will experience no issues reaching any point of the city.
The fact that a garage spot is included, gives you the opportunity to bring a car. If you prefer to move around by public transportation, the metro station is just 280m away. Alternatively, there are also bus stations in the area.
